I wanted to drop a note so you may be able to avoid the problems we had with our photographer, Yeager Fotografix. The photos were fine and the photographer was great. It was only after the wedding when our problems started. It has been 9 months and we still do not have our album! They consistently have sent email to mistyped email addresses and when we called to complain about the delay they blamed us! We have gone so far to ask for a refund of some of our money (a refund they have specified in the contract we signed) and we have got the run-around. They act like they are doing us a favor by abiding by their own contract. We suggested what we thought would be a fair settlement, but Yeager was not interested in going any further then the letter of their contract. If good customer service is something you desire I would skip Yeager and find someone who cares about their clients. |
