Lisa Hays PhotographyDescription: The word "photography" comes from two Greek words, "phos" and "graphe", that when used together mean "drawing with light". To me, that gives the impression of photography as a relationship between art and science. Excellent photography properly balances that relationship creating an image that can stir up emotions and leave an impression for a lifetime. That is what I love about photography. It gives me the ability to explore the artistic and the scientific, all while capturing a moment in time to make it last forever. For weddings, I offer a blend of traditional, artistic and photojournalistic (candid) styles. I do my best to capture the emotion, the details evident from the months of planning, and the unplanned moments that make your day special.
